まずバックコートプレーヤーは大きめのシュートフェイントを仕掛ける。ディフェンダーを外に引き出したら、そこから素早く再度ステップし、ポストプレーヤーにパスを出す。

その間に、ポストプレーヤーは自分のマークマンに横からブロックをかけておき、パスを受けるためのスペースを準備しておく。
